Annie Laurie Cloaks offers custom orders on many of her silhouettes to add one-of-a-kind pieces for your unique style.
Any custom orders placed in person at events or festivals will be completed after their conclusion. Please allow 4 - 6 weeks for custom orders to be completed.
When ordering custom items, there is a 50% non-refundable down payment due at the time the order is placed, with the remaining balance due prior to shipping. Items will be shipped once the remaining balance is paid in full.
NOTE: Annie Laurie Cloaks does not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders.

Returns & Exchanges
All returns must be authorized. Please contact us for instructions.
All returns must be made within 2 weeks of the purchase date
Items must be in new, unworn condition, and have their tags attached
Returned items may be exchanged for another item or store credit (minus Shipping and Handling costs)
Store credit must be used within one year
Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Or you may bring the item to our booth at any of the events at which we vend.
